With the introduction of the Movement and Mobility Certification, CrossFit coaching will be taken to a higher level and some of the more nuanced aspects of human movement will be looked at. 30:50 for me today, is that a good time or an average time? i probably wasted like 2 mins walking between stations cause the gym i work out at is kinda big, but yeah, thanks! felt awesome!

Angelo, average times done as perscribed so far have been under 27:00 minutes. A few at 30:00ish and the best at under 25:00 there are still 4 more classes to go this afternoon. Good Job, it was a nasty one

thats crazy! cause i did "angie" the other day in 20:32, and that killed me, but this was more tough just cause the running! im going to kill this workout next time around....! (and thrusters are brutal! but i love it!) is THAT a good time for angie??? im scared to find out....lol
