The weekend is upon us and we have a few details to cover.
1. Saturday 10am class will be part of a study on high intensity exercise. Participation is completely voluntary. You may workout and not take part in the study.
2. Sunday 10am class will be held at Natural Bridges Beach. We will meet at the gym. If you plan on staying at the beach after class you may meet us there at 10:15.
3. Tyler got a PR on his Clean & Jerk.
