We posted earlier about head position and spinal alignment. Holding a tennis ball underneath your chin can help you focus on keeping your head out the dreaded "chicken neck" pose.

That was a fun drill to help correct neck posture, but it does look a little funny, especially with that concentration face to keep the ball in place while thinking "butt back, knees out, weight on the heels, shoulders tight and up into my ears, head forward, chest up..." Hollis, this pic definitely shows the concentration it takes... :)

It doesn't look funny at all. Great shot!
