What pushes us to go to our limits? What drives us to pursue seemingly impossible tasks?--our trainers. You all are so inspirational and the driving force behind our every success at the gym. Without your words of encouragement, unparalleled training, and ass-kicking when needed, I wouldn't be striving to become a better athlete. Thank you for everything!

Boy, you ain't a kiddin' Kristy! Ass kickin' and encouragement. That's Danielle and Hollis, ain't it? I LOVE them! I love all the trainers but I feel like I have a special bond with them 'cause they got me started. And gee whiz, for me, Danielle in particular always coaches me in the exact way that I need to hear it. She hits the core of me every time. I'm not just talking about during a workout, either. Even in regular conversation her words and humor truly hit home. Love ya, Danielle.

It's times like these I wish I lived in or immediately around SC. You all are so lucky to have amazing trainers like them. I love my affiliate--don't get me wrong--but sometimes I can't help but feel that some of their focus is elsewhere.

Train hard

Today at Steve's Club the workout wasn't really long. But it was really tough. On July 15th football season starts. I need to keep training hard before it starts. I heard that Steve's Club got to meet you in California. I hope I get to meet you guys next year.

Pat, Kristy and Scott, Sorry I couldn't be there more this weekend to support and cheer you on. But, it sounds like you all did amazing work and I am so proud of you for going out there and kicking ass! It was great to see you all back in the gym today (Tues) after such a killer weekend!

Pooh, I can't wait to meet you either. I think that I am coming to your gym this October!
