5 Muscle Ups
Quantifiable fitness. How much do you weigh,
how much does the object weigh, how far did
you move it?
Fight Gone Bad is a great workout to demonstrate
clearly if you are getting more fit. If your score
goes up, more fit. If your score goes down, less fit.

While speaking of quantifiying our fitness, the Games
are upon us. Scott, Kristy and Patrick are representing
CFSC. We will get some photos of them this weekend so
keep an eye out.

Kristy, Scott and Patrick! You guys rock! What fun watching you all! Brendan G. was giving me the motivational speech about working hard and considering competing next year. Yeek! Easy for Brendan to say but I have to say it does sound enticing. We'll see. Volunteering was a blast in and of itself.
