Crazy and Young

What is Patrick doing?!
Workout:
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 Handstand push-ups
2 20 foot rope climbs
200 meter run
Tomorrow's post will highlight another Zoner who inspired us with his incredible gains and "losses!"

burpees 1 and 2 completed. so far so good. 5050 burpees is A LOT of burpees. it's a lot of anything actually. =) andrew has also decided to participate. yay burpees!

Patrick... you're insane.
I am also joining the burpee challenge, as they are definitely a weakness of mine. Just completed day 1 & 2 (in uniform... which I won't do again).

Collin and Amy are also joining the Challenge. And, Laura and her brother Steven in Florida are also going to participate with us!

so, if andrew and i wanted to do this today and we don't happen to have a 20' rope (or any rope for that matter), what are some good subs? i gotta be honest, towel pull-ups just don't sound that appealing. but, we'll do what we have to do cuz we're representing CSFC here in the 505. *smile* we can do heavy shoulder presses for the handstand push-ups (if we don't feel like assisting each other) and we have an entire beautiful track to run on to our heart's content. i guess i better look for some towels... cheers!

today at steve's club the workout wasn't to tough but it got me really tired. The workout was good for my torso. Today football season starts i hope we keep doing workouts like this to get me ready.

That must have been one big gust of wind to blow Pat away like that!! ;)

Pooh, sometimes its the workouts that don't feel that difficult while doing them that make me the most tired! Keep up the good work!

Pooh, are you doing the burpee challenge, too? I am!
