Do What You Least Enjoy

Gaza finds the bottom of his back squat during Tuesday's 7 pm class. The following is the workout the class completed. As I heard it, Danielle first gave this workout to Hollis because he doesn't like to run! If only everyone had a sibling to make you do what you least enjoy!
Complete for time:
Run 1 Mile
75 Back squats (men use 135 pounds, women use 95 pounds)
Run 1 Mile

usually you stand closer to spot a back squat but it would seem that Greg is a bit tentative....

Oh my goodness... this workout killed me. I did it on Monday and I'm still waddling around, bracing myself and grunting when I sit or stand.
Beautiful looking back squat Gaza!

Angel and Andrew: I'm going to try to make it tonight. I'm supposed to work but I'm on the 'call off' list. They call nurses off when the census drops and if you want to be on the list you just call and add your name. At this point it's not looking good but I'm trying! I can't call in sick because I've kinda met my limit for stunts like that for a while. I hope that I can make it but just know that you will be missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so great getting to know you guys! I'm taking a lesson from Angel and I'm offering a handshake to everyone I see for a while! Just put yourself out there, huh? I've always been sort shy (it's true!) and a bit of a hermit and I think that I'm done with that. You guys have been a great example of what happens if you just say "hello" and introduce yourself!

Today at Steve's Club the workout was really tough. Except for the running. Running isn't really tough being though im a football player. Coach brought his computer in yesterday and we read the comments together. Thanks.

Great job Pooh! Remember even young crossfitter's need to take a rest day and let your body recover. Be sure you get a rest day in this week, ok? Yes I'm a mom...can't you tell?? Always concerned about your health and safety first.
Keep it up!
