Early Risers
How early do you get up to CrossFit? These ladies are dedicated to the 6AM class. There is something to be said for rolling out of bed, into the car and heading to the gym before you even have time to wake up. Before you know it, you are halfway through your workout and it's way too late to turn back! But, after it's over, there's nothing better than knowing that that part of your day is behind you. I guess the question is, does it make you more tired or give you more energy to get up and workout so early?

Thanks for the great posts and pics.
I've been getting a Coach Rut daily arse kickin at 0600 for the last 7 months and it's amazing the energy boost I've had during the day. Can't imagine starting the day any other way now. That said, I don't believe early calls are for everyone. Lacking ample sleep and the true desire to give it your all that early, some folks don't hit their full potential. I suggest finding your prime time and get then get after it hard. RP

RP, Thanks for the post. I agree, the early thing isn't for everyone. For me, I just have to pick nights or mornings and stick with it. When I workout in the morning, it really makes my day that much better. It's too bad I like to stay up late!
