Heather pulls herself under the bar fast during this hang power clean.

In order to get under the weight fast enough to stand it back up, it is important to move faster than the weight can fall by pulling your body down and under.

Heather's ability with bar was noticed by the legendary Mike B. at a CrossFit weightlifting seminar in Santa Cruz.

The photo really shows Heather "pulling" herself under the bar. (hair up=body down) Really nice heals down, butt back catch postion.
