Playing in the Big Leagues

Crossfit Santa Cruz's Paul Webster played for Santa Cruz High this weekend at the Oakland Coliseum for the Dave Stewart/Oakland A's High School Baseball Showdown game. Paul put his squats into play as a catcher and they won 8-4!

Workout:

3 Rounds:
400 meter run
30 box jumps
30 kettlebell swings (men use 24 kgs, ladies use 16 kgs)
