New Box
This will be a great opportunity to bring your friends who are interested in CrossFit. We're also looking forward to seeing our old CrossFit friends from around town who we don't get to see very often anymore!
Workout:
4 rounds for time of:
25 pullup
25 pushup
25 situp
25 squat
*How does this compare to your "Angie" Time. Post time and thoughts to comments.

A Split Angie was something I started trying last week. (I'm currently only doing half Angie due to elbow injury.) See my blog for details: http://www.ColinMcNulty.com
In fact, I've started a quest to find the most efficient way to Split Angie, my results so far:
No splits = 7:55
Split into 2 rounds of 50 each = 7:05
Split into 4 rounds of 25 each = 6:20
Split into 5 rounds of 20 each = 5:50
(Note this is for 100 situps and 100 squats. I presume that the full angie will follow the same patterns.) The question is, where's the minimum?
