Tom, We do miss you. Are you miniscus-ing us?
Hope that you are healing up. Scott and John have been talking trash and saying that with all the time you have missed they may be able to beat your FRAN time. Ohhhh, it's on now!!!!
Brian your loyal friend who would never dog your Fran time while you weren't there.

Tom,
You are truly missed at the gym!
Brian is right...he would NEVER dog your Fran time! Although he was going on and on and on about how he could take you DOWN on Helen!!! You better come back quick and put these boys in their place...PLEASE!
Take care of yourself my friend

Wow! The sight of that post almost made me fall out of my wheelchair! It's truly heartwarming to click on the CFSC site and see your buddies rallying for you.
I have had 2 opinions from 2 different Docs who both agree that I have a complex tear of the menescus. One says operate ASAP, one says wait and see.
Either way I can definately ride the exercycle and look forward to seeing everybody real soon.
The gym is always on my mind and I can't wait to get back and sweat with all of you!
Much love,TF

Tom,
A stud like you will bounce back in no time. Let's get you doing everything you still can. Just cuz your knee is out there is still lots of great ways to stay in shape. It would be my pleasure to help you through it. Lets set something up a few days a week where we train hard around that damn knee....
Getting you back and healthy is a huge priority to us At NSC.....B
