OMG! look at all the flawless pulling positions! I am so proud of all of the CrossFit Santa Cruz participants. You were such good learners, performers, comedians, and yet so modest in how really great you all are. It was a pleasure spending the weekend with you! Ronnie, Robin, Maggie, Tara, John, Ross, and Jim were all positively commended by Rip and Lon personally to me, on how coachable you were and what great movers and teachers you were. A classy bunch. Hugs to all...you make this worth doing and keep it fun for me.

6:59.9 row - PR by 10 seconds. That really hurt.

Pullup BW (223) + 40 lbs.

That was an excellent seminar. I highly recommend it. Definately some humbling moments, you will come away with more than planned on taking back to the box you train at or train others at. John and Mags held their own, I was so proud of them for coming and putting themselves in the line up for further instruction. Way to go you two!

Let me not forget Jason and Susie B. who we missed terribly on Sunday. They were killing it on Saturday. We will catch you next time.

Brendan...cut the sh#@, don't even start a rivalry, Robin is still "ours" always.

I love my trainers!
