100 Squats
90 Double Unders
80 Push Ups
70 Sit Ups
60 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Thrusters (Empty barbell)
40 Hip Extensions
30 Box Jumps
20 Deadlifts (Dumbbells that equal 1/2 Bodyweight)
10 Handstand Push Ups






Mindi brings it all to CF, she doesn't hold back and is so fun to be around! I can't say I'm from that clan, but I love working out with every one of them (what's that #, 20?). Also, Nice form there, Mindi!

Pretty tough, the pushups slow you down after double unders. I hurt my ankle on double unders so jump pullups and box jumps kind of sucked but finished in 17:25. Hope all is well. Hi to Annie, Nicole, Brendan, Zac, and the crew.

It took two years of harrassing my extended
family into trying crossfit and Mindy was the first to actually show up. Thanks Min!
Still would like to see a workout with just
Erik, Chris, Bob, Paul and Chad. You would have to have a counter and spotter for each
of them.
