If you don't have handstand push ups, work the 'negative' by slowly (carefully) lowering yourself to your head from a handstand, and then kicking back up into a handstand (=one rep).

Lara...That's really sweet of you to think of her. I think she is more like a 3--but she can always 'grow into them'. Her feet are little for how big she is; we call her the 'dancing hippo'. Thank you! annie
